国家治理现代化与深化经济体制改革的双重互动逻辑

摘要
改革开放以来,为适应经济体制改革的需要而推进行政体制改革,但是行政体制改革不仅仅是为了适应社会主义市场经济的建设,行政体制内部也发生了根本性的变化.这种变化使得国家治理现代化成为行政体制改革的成果和延续,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,国家治理现代化成为进一步全面深化改革的保障.通过国家治理现代化,可以解决市场机制泛化、市场失灵与市场化程度不足的改革难题,促进社会主义市场经济体制更加完善.
Abstract
Since the reform and opening-up,administrative system reforms have been advanced to meet the needs of economic system reforms.However,these administrative reforms are not solely for the construction of a socialist market economy;fundamental changes have also occurred within the ad-ministrative system itself.These changes have made the modernization of state governance both a result and a continuation of administrative reforms.In the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the modernization of state governance has become a guarantee for further deepening re-forms.Through the modernization of national governance,challenges such as the overgeneralization of market mechanisms,market failures,and insufficient marketization can be addressed,thereby promoting the improvement of the socialist market economic system.
