高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,是中国式现代化的本质要求,发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.新质生产力是以科技创新为主导、实现关键性颠覆性技术突破而形成的,是对传统生产力的超越.加快发展新质生产力,是中国应对外部科技封锁和复杂国际环境的重要举措,也是顺应新一轮科技革命与产业变革的关键.生产力是社会进步的核心动力,新质生产力的培育和发展将大力推动经济结构优化和社会发展,也将成为高质量发展的强劲推动力与支撑力.
Abstract
High-quality development is the primary task in building a socialist modernized nation and an essential aspect of Chinese-style modernization.Developing new quality productive forces is integral requirements and important points to promoting high-quality development.These productive forces,driven by technological innovation and breakthroughs in critical,disruptive technologies,represent a surpassing of traditional productive forces.Accelerating the development of these new quality productive forces is a crucial measure for China to counter external technological blockades and complex international environment,and adapt to the new wave of technological and industrial transformation.Productive forces are the core drivers of social progress,and the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces will significantly promote economic restructuring and social development,and will also become a strong driving force and support for high-quality development.
