The Access to Fund-raising System of Financial Stability Guarantee Fund:Choice of Interest Measurement
The Central Financial Working Conference in 2023 pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen financial supervision,prevent and resolve financial risks and maintain financial stability.As an important part of financial stability legislation,the optimization of Financial Stability Guarantee Fund especially its fund-raising system needs to clarify the essence of interest game and be based on the public interest,in order to seek the access to achieve the interest equilibrium among tax burden,liquidity and financial stability.Therefore,it is essential to refine the fund-raising system of Financial Stability Guarantee Fund,including fund raising cycle,quota and ratio,and to improve the institutional interaction and reinforcement between fund raising and management in order to accelerate the implementation of the fund-raising system of Financial Stability Guarantee Fund.
