采用在线气相色谱法测定合成气制烯烃主要产物

采用气相色谱与合成气制烯烃(SGTO)微型反应器相连,开发出一套在线分析评价装置,并建立了一种测定SGTO主要产物的在线评价方法.标样的测定结果表明:C1~C≥11烃类重复3次测定相对标准偏差(RSD)在5%以内;无机气体各组分的回收率在98.0% ~ 104.0%,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.99,线性良好;C1~ C5烃类重复3次测定相对误差在2%以内,回收率在99.2% ~ 102.0%.SG-TO微反产物在线测定结果表明:取样过程只需简单的阀切换即可完成,分析周期短,整个分析过程70 min;各组分按要求分离良好,该方法完全适用于产物中无机组分、C1~ C5烃类、C1~C≥11烃类的在线测定.
Analysis of main products of syngas to olefins by on-line gas chromatography
An online analysis and evaluation device which contained gas chromatograph connecting to the microreactor of syngas to olefins (SGTO)was developed,and an online evaluation method for determining the main products of SGTO was built.The measurement results of standard samples showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3-time repeated C1-C≥11 hydrocarbons was within 5%;the recoveries of each component of inorganic gas were between 98.0%-104.0%,and the correlation coefficients of standard curve were all above 0.99,which meant all the components had good linear correlations.Three times repeated determination of C1-C5 hydrocarbon showed that the relative errors were within 2%,and the recoveries were between 99.0%-102.0%.The online measurement results of SGTO microreactor products showed that sampling process could be completed just by switching valves,and the whole analysis cycle was short,just within 70 min.Each component was well-separated in accordance with requirements,and this method could be completely applied to online testing of inorganic components,C1-C5 hydrocarbons and C1-C≥11 hydrocarbons in SGTO products.
