短时重构法合成CuSAPO-34分子筛的性质及其甲醇制烯烃反应性能

以含金属铜的分子筛晶种作为铜源,采用短时重构法合成了 CuSAPO-34分子筛,考察了模板剂类型对晶种及CuSAPO-34分子筛性质和甲醇制烯烃反应性能的影响.结果表明:以三乙胺与二乙胺为混合模板剂合成的晶种结晶度较低,晶粒尺寸较小;由该晶种制备的CuSAPO-34分子筛的酸性较强,烯烃选择性高,乙烯选择性为47.41%,乙烯+丙烯+丁烯选择性为90.37%,n(乙烯)/n(丙烯)为1.37.
Properties and methanol to olefins reaction performance of CuSAPO-34 molecular sieves synthesized by short-time reconstruction method
CuSAPO-34 molecular sieves were synthesized through a short-time reconstruction method by using molecular sieve seeds containing copper as the copper source.The influence of the type of template agent on properties of the seed crys-tals,CuSAPO-34 molecular sieves and the reaction performance of methanol to olefins was investigated.The results showed that the seed crystal synthesized using triethylamine and diethylamine as mixed tem-plate agents had lower crystallinity and smaller grain size;the CuSAPO-34 molecular sieve prepared from this seed crystal had strong acidity and high olefin selectivity.The selectivity of ethylene was 47.41%,the selectivity of ethylene+propylene+butylene was 90.37%,and n(ethylene)/n(propylene)was 1.37.
