Using water and n-pentane as foaming agents,an environmentally friendly polyurethane rigid foam combined polyether was developed,and the amount of water,n-pentane and emulsifier were optimized.The results showed that the compressive strength and dimensional stability of the foam could be improved by using palm oil rigid foam polyether polyol(palm oil mass fraction 25%-28%)as the main component and adding a small amount of high functionality polyether polyol;emulsifier OP-10 could improve the miscibility and stability of the combined polyether of the system.When the water dosage was 1.5 parts and emulsifier OP-10 was added,the amount of n-pentane could reach 20 parts(mass fraction was 13.5%),which could reduce the cost of combined polyether.
