Feasibility analysis of blending deoiled asphalt in delayed coking unit
In order to solve the problem of low op-eration load of delayed coking unit in China Offshore Bitumen Co Ltd,the feasibility of blending different deoiled asphalt in the unit was analyzed,and the hot-processing properties of coking raw materials blended with deoiled asphalt from Hengli Petro-chemical Co Ltd,or Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,were evaluated.The results showed that with the increase of the blending ratio of deoiled asphalt,the cracking difficulty of the feedstock in-creased,the yield of gas and coke in the product in-creased gradually,and the yield of liquid decreased gradually.The blending mass fraction of Hengli deoiled asphalt should be controlled within 10％,and the blending mass fraction of Daxie deoiled as-phalt should be controlled within 20％.Measures such as increasing the steam injection rate of the tube and the outlet temperature of the coke oven could be implemented to ensure the higher outlet conversion rate and coke-generating reaction heat while blend-ing deoiled asphalt.
