重油催化裂化装置回炼加氢催化轻柴油

介绍了中国石油大庆石化公司1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置回炼加氢催化轻柴油(LCO)后装置的运行情况.结果表明:当重油催化裂化装置回炼加氢LCO后,原料在密度和馏程方面均显现出变轻的趋势,随着加氢LCO掺炼比提高,提升管出口温度由514℃降至509 ℃,反应器稀相压力由0.192 MPa提高到0.207 MPa;随着加氢LCO掺炼比的提高,干气收率由3.3%降至2.6%,液态烃收率由21.0%降至18.2%,汽油收率由43.8%降至40.1%,轻柴油收率由14.4%提高至24.1%;稳定汽油芳烃体积分数变化不大,烯烃体积分数呈现快速下降的趋势,轻柴油密度也降低;全厂柴汽比由回炼加氢LCO前的0.89降至0.80.
Hydrocatalytic light diesel oil refining in heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit
The operation of 1.4 Mt/a heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,after refining hydrocatalytic light cycle oil(LCO)was introduced.The results showed that when the hydrocatalytic LCO was refined in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit,the raw ma-terials showed the trend of lightening in terms of den-sity and distillation range.With the increase of the hydrocatalytic LCO blending ratio,the outlet tem-perature of the riser decreased from 514 ℃ to 509 ℃,the pressure of the reactor increased from 0.192 MPa to 0.207 MPa,the dry gas yield decreased from 3.3%to 2.6%,liquefied petroleum gas yield decreased from 21.0%to 18.2%,gasoline yield decreased from 43.8%to 40.1%,and light cycle oil yield increased from 14.4%to 24.1%.The volume fraction of aromat-ics in stable gasoline showed little change,while the volume fraction of olefins showed the rapid decrease,and the density of light cycle oil also decreased.The ratio of diesel to gasoline in the plant decreased from 0.89 to 0.80.
