Problems and countermeasures in the operation of dry gas recovery unit
The operation status of the dry gas re-covery unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd was analyzed,and corresponding optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that during the operation of dry gas recovery unit,the actual output of dry gas was higher than the design value,and the excess part could only discharge the flare at the top of the buffer tank at the inlet of the saturated dry gas compressor.By adopting the scheme to divert the slurry bed dry gas from the upstream unit and sup-plement the insufficient feedstock with hydrogen PSA desorption gas from the first-stage unit,the feed-stock gas could be optimized.After optimization,un-der the condition of unchanged total processing ca-pacity of the unit,the production of rich ethane gas increased from 62.02 t/h to 70.37 t/h,and hydrogen production also decreased from 57 300 m3/h to 53 500 m3/h.
