胺液脱硫系统顽固性发泡的原因及对策

为解决中国海油宁波大榭石化有限公司胺液脱硫系统存在顽固性发泡问题,对发泡原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策.结果表明:胺液中的大分子烃类和组成复杂的聚合物成分经长时间积累是形成顽固性发泡体系的主要原因;催化裂解干气和气柜气携带的柴油组分是大分子烃类的主要来源,来自上游催化裂解装置液化气中的1,3-丁二烯是聚合物主要来源.采用河北精致科技有限公司开发的减压蒸馏工艺,实现了胺液在线净化处理,净化后胺液的发泡高度不高于4 cm,消泡时间不长于5 s,油质量浓度不大于100mg/L,胺液清澈透明,可将甲基叔丁基醚含硫量降至45 μg/g以下.
Causes and countermeasures of refractory foaming in amine solution desulphurization system
In order to solve the problem of refrac-tory foaming in the amine solution desulphurization system of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,the causes of foaming were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that the accumulation of macro-molecular hydrocarbons and complex polymer com-ponents in the amine solution was the main reason for the formation of rigid foaming system.Diesel compo-nents carried by catalytic cracking(DCC)dry gas and gas tank gas were the main sources of macro-molecular hydrocarbons,and 1,3-butadiene in LPG from upstream DCC units was the main source of polymers.1 he vacuum distillation process developed by Hebei Fine Technology Co Ltd was used to achieve online purification of amine solution.After purification,the foaming height of amine solution was not higher than 4 cm,the defoaming time was not longer than 5 s,the oil mass concentration was not more than 100 mg/L.The amine solution was clear and transparent,and the sulfur content of methyl tert-butyl ether was reduced to less than 45 μg/g.
