PHT-01/PHC-05组合催化剂在加氢裂化装置的工业应用

在中国石油辽阳石化公司 110 万t/a加氢裂化装置中,以俄罗斯原油的二次油(减压蜡油和催化柴油的混合油,二者质量比 10∶1)为原料,采用中国石油自主开发的PHT-01 加氢精制催化剂、PHC-05 加氢裂化催化剂及PHT系列加氢保护剂,为最大限度生产重石脑油进行了工业应用,考察了催化剂应用情况、产品性质及其分布.结果表明:催化剂运行中,可同时进行湿法硫化与钝化操作,精制反应器、裂化反应器的平均反应温度分别为 367,363℃,比设计值分别低 5,15℃,温升比设计值分别低 3,4℃;目标产品重石脑油的含硫(氮)量均小于 0.5 μg/g、溴指数 0.755 mg/g、芳潜质量分数 47.3%、初馏点 73℃、收率51.56%,精制油含氮量为 7~9 μg/g,主要产品收率为 94.04%,满足下游重整装置进料要求.
Industrial application of PHT-01/PHC-05 combined catalyst in hydrocracking unit
In the 1.10 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,the secondary oil of Russian crude oil(mixed oil of vacuum wax oil and catalytic diesel oil,with the mass ratio of 10∶1)was used as raw material,and PHT-01 hydrorefining catalyst,PHC-05 hydroc-racking catalyst and PHT series hydrotreating pro-tection agent developed by PetroChina indepen-dently were used for industrial application in order to produce heavy naphtha to the maximum extent.The application situation of the catalyst,product properties and distribution were investigated.The results showed that during the operation of the cata-lyst,wet vulcanization and passivation could be carried out at the same time.The average reaction temperatures of the refining reactor and the cracking reactor were 367℃and 363℃,which were 5℃and 15℃lower than the design values respective-ly,and the temperature rise was 3℃and 4℃lower than the design values respectively.The sulfur(ni-trogen)content of the target heavy naphtha was less than 0.5 μg/g,the bromine index was 0.755 mg/g,aromatic potential mass fraction was 47.3%,the initial distillation point was 73℃,and the yield was 51.56%.The nitrogen content of refined oil was 7-9 μg/g,and the yield of main products was 94.04%,which met the feed requirements of down-stream reforming unit.
