摘要

为了充分利用C4 资源增产甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE),在中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司催化裂解(DCC)装置上通过回炼醚后C4 馏分,考察回炼醚后C4 馏分前后装置操作参数、物料平衡、产品分布、产品性质、能耗等的变化.结果表明:DCC装置回炼醚后C4(6.88 t/h)和气分C4(10.06 t/h)后,一部分异丁烷和正丁烷组分在系统中循环,气分C4 中异丁烯体积分数由 31.48%降至 29.83%,液化气、乙烯收率分别增加1.18,0.11 个百分点,丙烯收率下降 0.09 个百分点,装置能耗(以标准油计,下同)增加 0.24 kg/t;MTBE装置加工负荷增加 17.93 个百分点,MTBE产量增加 2.69 t/h,收率增加 1.16 个百分点,醚后C4 出装置量降低2.56 t/h,装置能耗降低 4.78 kg/t.

Abstract

In order to increase the production of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)by using C4 re-sources,the changes of operating parameters,ma-terial balance,product distribution,product prop-erties,energy consumption and so on were investi-gated by reprocessing post-esterification C4 frac-tions in the deep catalytic cracking(DCC)unit of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd of CNOOC.The results showed that after reprocessing 6.88 t/h of post-esterification C4 fractions and 10.06 t/h of gas fractionation C4 fractions in DCC unit,some isobu-tane and n-butane components were circulated in the system.Isobutane in gas fractionation C4 frac-tions decreased from 31.48%to 29.83%,and the yield of LPG and ethylene increased by 1.18 and 0.11 percentage points respectively.The propylene yield decreased by 0.09 percentage points,and the energy consumption(in standard oil,the same be-low)increased by 0.24 kg/t.Processing load in MTBE unit increased by 17.93 percentage points,production of MTBE increased by 2.69 t/h,the yield increased by 1.16 percentage points,output of post-esterification C4 fractions decreased by 2.56 t/h,the energy consumption decreased by 4.78 kg/t.
