Interference factors and elimination method on the determination of Pt content in Pd-Pt reforming catalyst
Pt content in Al2O3-based Pd-Pt re-forming catalyst was determined by spectrophotome-ter method according to the detection standard of NB/SH/T 0570-2017,the influence of the time of com-plex placement, alumina and coexisting element Pd on the determination of Pt was investigated, and the interference of Pd on the determination of Pt was eliminated by coexisting ion masking method. The results showed that the best placement time of the Tin chloroplatinate complex was 1 h,the Al2O3 had no effect on the determination of Pt,and by addition of 2.5 mL of 1,2-cyclohexanediamine tetraacetic acid(1.0%by mass fraction)per 100 mL of the so-lut ion to be determined and eliminated the inter-ference of Pd to the determination of Pt.Under the optimum conditions, the average Pt mass fraction in HH-8 and HH-9 catalyst samples was 0.237%and 0.179%,respectively.The relative standard de-viation was less than 3%.The detection limit was 0.16 mg/L,and the tagged recovery rates were 97.3%-101.0%.
