摘要

在浙江石油化工有限公司350万t/a柴油加氢裂化装置上,以直馏柴油、催化柴油、浆态床柴油、重芳烃混合油为原料,考察了掺炼重芳烃对工艺参数及产品质量的影响.结果表明:掺炼重芳烃后,混合原料油中多环芳烃含量升高,反应氢耗增大,1段加氢反应器(R-1001)精制床层温升明显增加;当重芳烃掺炼比例(占原料油质量分数)为5.0%时,R-1001裂化床层温度与氢耗波动大,反应转化率为91.0%,产品重石脑油芳构指数升高了 5.39个百分点.

Abstract

The effects of blending heavy aromatics on process parameters and product quality were in-vestigated with the mixed oil of straight run diesel,catalytic diesel,slurry bed diesel and heavy aromat-ics as raw materials in the 3.5xl06 t/a diesel hydroc-racking unit of Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical Co Ltd.The results showed that after blending the heavy aromatics,the content of polycyclic aromatic hydro-carbons in the mixed raw oil and the reaction hydro-gen consumption were increased,and the tempera-ture rise of the refining bed of the 1-stage hydro-genation reactor(R-1001)increased significantly.When the blending ratio of heavy aromatics(mass fraction of raw oil)was 5.0%,the R-1001 cracking bed temperature and hydrogen consumption fluctu-ated greatly,and the reaction conversion rate was 91.0%,and the aromatization index of the product heavy naphtha increased by 5.39 percentage points.
