Processing third sideline atmospheric distillation fraction of Russian crude oil in heavy oil MIP-CGP unit
In the 2.0 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking process for maximizing iso-paraffins and clean gasoline and propylene(MIP-CGP)unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company of PetroChina, the industrial application of processing the third sideline fraction of atmospheric distillation of Russian crude oil(hereinafter referred to as the atmospheric third sideline)catalytic cracking conversion to produce liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline was carried out in order to reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline. The results showed that when the mass proportion of the atmospheric third sideline reached 15.45%in the mixed processing raw materials of heavy oil MIP-CGP unit, the yields of dry gas,oil slurry and coke decreased by 0.03,0.02,0.20 percentage points re-spectively compared with those before processing the atmospheric third sideline. However, the yields of liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline and diesel in-creased by 0.19,0.05,0.01 percentage points,re-spectively.The apparent conversion rate of cracking reaction of the atmospheric third sideline was as high as 81.13%,and the apparent yields of liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline reached 25.86%,37.63%,respectively.The physical and chemical properties of liquefied petroleum gas, stable gasoline and light diesel did not change much compared with those before processing.
