Measures to flexibly adjust ratio of diesel to gasoline
In order to adapt to the changes of the gasoline and diesel market,in view of the actual sit-uation of the large demand for low-grade diesel mar-ket in northern winter,Panjin Haoye Chemical Co Ltd achieved the purpose of producing more diesel by optimizing the process parameters of atmospheric and vacuum distillation,fluid catalytic cracking,delayed coking,the hydrocracking and the diesel quality modification of the device.The results showed that by adopting the optimization adjustment measures such as improving the distillate yield of light component,reducing the reaction depth of the fluid catalytic cracking and delayed coking process-es,reducing the cracking degree of heavy compo-nent and reducing the temperature of the fractiona-tor,the diesel yield of the whole plant increased from 13.67％to 14.18％,the gasoline yield de-creased from 7.63％to 7.43％,the ratio of diesel to gasoline increased from 1.79 to 1.91,and the com-prehensive energy consumption decreased by 1.9 kg/t(measured by standard oil).
