Optimization measures for increasing production of aviation kerosene
In order to increase the production of aviation kerosene,the production status and existing problems of aviation kerosene in North China Petro-chemical Company,PetroChina,were analyzed.Based on the existing equipment,some measures were taken,such as optimizing crude oil varieties,expanding aviation kerosene fractions,increasing hydrocracking raw materials and grading more avia-tion kerosene catalysts.The results showed that by adopting the above optimization measures,the yield of straight-run aviation kerosene increased from 4.37％to 9.72％,the load of hydrocracking unit in-creased from 55％to 80％,the yield of hydrocrack-ing aviation kerosene increased from 33％to 48％,the total aviation kerosene production increased by 970 kt/a,and the gasoline and diesel output reduced by 900 kt/a.
