对中国石油兰州石化公司甲乙酮装置脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ管束结焦堵塞的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的优化措施.结果表明:造成脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ管束结焦的主要原因是碳五物料中的烯烃以及脱碳五塔塔釜再沸器Ⅰ存在过热点;通过采取提高脱碳五塔塔釜液位,降低脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ热负荷,优化脱碳五塔塔釜热量流程等措施,可使脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ的加热负荷由优化前的9 470.842 MJ/h降至5 812.549 MJ/h.
Causes analysis and optimization measures of tube bundle coking in C5 removal tower reboiler of methyl ethyl ketone unit
The causes of tube bundle coking in C5 removal tower reboiler Ⅰ of methyl ethyl ketone unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,were analyzed,and the corresponding optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that main cause of tube bundle coking of reboiler Ⅰ was the olefin in C5 raw materials and hot spot of the re-boiler Ⅰ.The heating load of the reboiler Ⅰ could be reduced from 9 470.842 MJ/h to 5 812.549 MJ/h by increasing the liquid level of C5 removal tower,re-ducing the heating load of the reboiler Ⅰ and opti-mizing the heat of C5 removal tower.
