含氨氮滤液交换的ZSM-5分子筛性能

采用中国石油兰州石化公司ZSM-5 分子筛生产装置的含氨氮滤液、纯铵盐溶液对ZSM-5 分子筛浆液进行交换,分别得到了HZSM-5-L分子筛、HZSM-5-A分子筛,利用X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积和孔径分布测定仪对交换后的ZSM-5 分子筛进行表征,并对 2 种分子筛制备催化剂的催化性能进行评价.结果表明:采用含氨氮滤液作为交换液,可以得到相对结晶度为 93%,Na2O质量分数为 0.22%,总比表面积为 362.84 m2/g的合格分子筛产品;以催化裂化装置原料油为评价原料,采用HZSM-5-L制备的催化剂总液体收率较HZSM-5-A制备的催化剂高 0.19 个百分点,焦炭产率低0.32 个百分点,二者的丙烯产率基本相当;采用含氨氮滤液不仅可降低ZSM-5 分子筛生产成本,而且可减少氨氮处理费用.
Properties of ZSM-5 zeolite by exchanging with ammonia nitrogen filtrate
The HZSM-5-L zeolite and the HZSM-5-A zeolite were obtained by exchanging with am-monia nitrogen filtrate and pure ammonium salt so-lution from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,respectively.The ZSM-5 zeolite was characterized by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray fluo-rescence spectrometer,scanning electron micro-scope,specific surface and aperture distribution me-ter,and the catalytic performance of the catalysts prepared by the two zeolites was evaluated.The re-sults showed that qualified zeolite products with rel-ative crystallinity of 93%,mass fraction of Na2O of 0.22%and total specific surface area of 362.84 m2/g could be obtained by using ammonia nitrogen con-taining filtrate as exchange solution.Taking the catalytic cracking raw oil as the evaluation raw ma-terial,the total liquid yield of the catalyst prepared by HZSM-5-L was 0.19 percentage points higher than that prepared by HZSM-5-A,the coke yield was 0.32 percentage points lower,and the propylene yield was basically the same.This could not only re-duce the production cost of ZSM-5 zeolite,but also reduce the cost of ammonia-nitrogen treatment.
