摘要

评价了中国石油石油化工研究院研发的挥发性有机物催化氧化催化剂的性能,并在某石化公司污水处理厂考察了其工业应用情况.结果表明:自研催化剂活性组分涂层脱落率仅为 0.19%;在反应温度低于 200℃时,自研催化剂的C6H6 转化率为 50%和 90%时的反应温度分别为 155,176℃,高于进口催化剂的;在反应温度为 252~451℃,体积空速为 9 000~13 000 h-1,催化氧化装置进口废气中非甲烷总烃(NMHC)质量浓度为 27~1 300 mg/m3,C6H6 质量浓度为 10~1 000 mg/m3 的条件下,在 100 d长周期工业运行过程中,NMHC去除率稳定在 97%以上,C6H6 去除率稳定在 99%以上.

Abstract

The performance of catalytic oxidation catalyst for volatile organic compounds developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina was evaluated,and its industrial application was investi-gated in a wastewater treatment plant of a petro-chemical company.The results showed that the coat-ing detachment rate of the active component of the self-developed catalyst was only 0.19%.When the reaction temperature was below 200℃,the reaction temperatures for the self-developed catalyst with 50%and 90%conversion rates of C6H6 were 155,176℃respectively,which were higher than that of the imported catalyst.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 252-451℃,volume space velocity of 9 000-13 000 h-1,mass concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons(NMHC)in the in-let exhaust gas of the catalytic oxidation device of 27-1 300 mg/m3,and mass concentration of C6H6 of 10-1 000 mg/m3,the NMHC removal rate remained stable at over 97%and C6H6 removal rate remained stable at over 99%during a 100 d long cycle indus-trial operation.
