Industrial application of TH/FHUDS series hydrogenation catalyst grading technology
The TH/FHUDS series hydrogenation catalyst grading technology had been developed to address issues such as increased difficulty in hy-drodesulfurization,accelerated catalyst deactivation rate, and shortened catalyst life caused by the blending of catalytic diesel as feedstock in the cok-ing gasoline/diesel hydrogenation unit of a petro-chemical company. The technology had been com-pared with the industrial application of HPS/FHUDS hydrogenation catalysts. The results showed that compared with HPS/FHUDS hydrogenation catalyst, the loading amount of hydrodesilication agent in TH/FHUDS hydrogenation catalyst decreased by 14.78 t,and the loading amount of hydrogenation refining catalyst increased by 42.27 t.Under the conditions of a mixed feed rate of 250 t/h of coking gasoline/diesel and catalytic diesel,an inlet temperature of 289℃for hydrogenation protection reactor,a hydrogen partial pressure of 7.3 MPa,a hydrogen oil volume ratio of 560,and an average reaction temperature of 364℃for the hydrogenation main reactor,produc-tion of ultra-low sulfur diesel with a sulfur content not exceeding 10 μg/g could be achieved stably. The latter had higher hydrogenation desulfurization and denitrification activity, stronger aromatic saturation ability, and the sulfur content of refined diesel products decreased by 2.7 μg/g,the nitrogen content decreased by 42.3 μg/g,the polycyclic aromatic hy-drocarbon mass fraction decreased by 3.9 percentage points, and cetane number increased by 2 units.
