摘要
基础学科拔尖人才培养是国家的战略要求.本文提出,要明确基础学科拔尖人才的内涵,创设有利于拔尖人才培养的机制和平台,坚持德才融合,探索人才培养特点和规律,破解人才培养从"高质少量"向"高质高量"转型的难题.本文介绍了学校坚持德才融合培养理念,筑牢学生理想信念根基,构建"通识·志向·特长"特色培养模式,打造基础学科拔尖人才培养的三大平台,创设双向选择机制,搭建可持续发展阶梯,完善高中学段"二制三化"学习方式等实践经验,并对基础学科拔尖人才早期培养提出了讨论性建议.
Abstract
The cultivation of top talents in basic disciplines is a national strategic requirement.This paper proposes to clarify the connotation of top talents in basic disciplines,create mechanisms and platforms conducive to the cultivation of top talent students,adhere to the integration of ethics and talent,explore the characteristics and laws of top talent cultivation,solve the difficult problem of the transformation of top talent cultivation from"high quality and small quantity"to"high quality and high quantity".The article describes how the school adheres to the concept of fostering the integration of ethics and talent,consolidates the foundation of students'ideals and beliefs,construct a"general knowledge-aspiration-specialty"characteristic cultivation model,create three platforms for the cultivation of top talents in basic disciplines,create a two-way selection mechanism,build the ladder of sustainable development,improve the"two systems and three modes"of learning at the senior secondary level,and propose discursive recommendations for the early cultivation of top talent students in basic disciplines.
