摘要
高中阶段是人才培养、成长的关键时期.上海市青少年科学创新实践工作站运行七年以来,对青少年科创拔尖人才培养进行了有效探索.工作站通过构建多元主体的校内外协同育人体系、科教融汇的科创课程体系,并结合数字交互平台,取得了较为显著的育人成效及辐射示范效应.工作站的实践经验在一定程度上为青少年科创拔尖人才培养提供了有效路径,为科创拔尖人才培养提供了科学依据.
Abstract
The high school stage is a key period for talent cultivation and growth.Since the operation of Shanghai Youth Science and Innovation Practice Workstation for 7 years,it has effectively explored the cultivation of youth science innovation top talents.The workstation has achieved remarkable results and radiative demonstration effect through the construction of a multi-subject collaborative education system inside and outside the school,a science and innovation curriculum system that integrates science and education,and the combination of a digital interactive platform.To a certain extent,the practical experience of the workstation has provided an effective path for the cultivation of youth science innovation top talents,and provided a scientific basis for the cultivation of science innovation top talents.
