摘要

高中阶段是进行生涯教育较为重要的时期,而目前高中学校的生涯教育存在本土化和校本化研究匮乏、缺少理论支撑、效果难以保证等问题,关键事件分析为有效开展生涯教育提供了新思路、新对策.本研究通过对上海市某实验性示范性高中 97 名校友的深度访谈材料进行主题分析发现,高中生涯教育对个人生涯发展起到重要作用的关键事件包括兴趣的发现和拓展、能力的发掘和提升、性格的积极转变、价值观的形成、发展规划的确立、校园的人文关怀六类.这些关键事件具有年代性、社会性、内驱性和特殊性,并且彼此联系和相互影响,共同作用于个人生涯发展.本文通过分析关键事件及其作用机制,对当前高中的校本化生涯教育体系的设计、实施和评价提出优化建议.

Abstract

The high school stage is a very important period for career education,but at present,there are problems such as lack of localized and school-based research,lack of theoretical support,and difficulty in guaranteeing the effect of career education in high schools.Key event analysis provides new ideas and countermeasures for more effective career education.Through thematic analysis of the in-depth interview materials of 97 graduating alumni of an experimental demonstration high school in Shanghai,this study found that the key events of high school career education play an important role in the subsequent career development of an individual including:discovery and expansion of interests,exploration and enhancement of abilities,positive transformation of character,formation of values,establishment of development planning,and humanistic care on campus,totaling six types.These key events are chronological,social,internally driven and special,and are interconnected and influenced by each other,work together in the subsequent career development of students.By analyzing the key events and their mechanisms,this study proposes optimization suggestions for the design,implementation and evaluation of the current school-based career education system in high school.
