"三喻文化"视域下教师校本学习机制探析

摘要
本研究基于"三喻文化"视域下课例研究工作坊的探索与实践,结合本校教师的类型构成和发展现状,以教师学习共同体为主,经多轮研究实践,构建了教师学习的三大支持机制:教育理论学习与课堂教学实践的融合机制、研究方法演进与研究工具适应性的更新机制、实践经验梳理与学术成果提炼的贯通机制.同时,本研究旨在促进教育科研日常化、默会知识显性化、实践智慧结构化,推动不同群体教师专业交往的互动、融合与贯通,形成传递、反哺与互促的教师学习生态.
Abstract
The exploration and practice of"case study workshop"in the perspective of the theory of"Three Metaphors Culture",combined with the analysis of the type composition and development status of teachers in our school.After several rounds of research and practice,we have constructed three major support mechanisms for teachers'learning,mainly based on the teachers'learning community.The three main support mechanisms for teachers'learning are:mechanisms for integrating educational theory learning and classroom teaching practices;mechanisms for updating the evolution of research methods and the adaptation of research tools;and mechanisms for linking practical experience with academic results.These three mechanisms promote the daily routine of educational research,make tacit knowledge visible,and structure practical wisdom.They promote the interaction,integration and coherence of the professional interactions of different groups of teachers to form an ecology of transmission,feedback and mutual reinforcement.
