摘要

乡村教育现代化是我国实现乡村振兴的基石.优秀乡村教师是乡村教育的骨干力量,他们是否愿意扎根乡村关系到乡村教育现代化目标能否实现.本研究基于个案研究法,选取两位优秀乡村教师作为研究对象,通过长时间的纵向观察、深度访谈、文本档案分析等多样化的资料搜集方法,以生命历程理论为分析框架,从时空性、时间性、嵌入性和能动性四个维度探索影响优秀乡村教师坚守的原因.基于研究结论,进一步提出了留住优秀乡村教师的改进建议,以助推乡村教师队伍高质量发展.

Abstract

The modernization of rural education is the cornerstone of China's rural revitalization.As the backbone of rural education,the willingness of excellent rural teachers to take root in the countryside is related to the realization of the goal of rural education modernization.Based on the case study approach,the study selected two excellent rural teachers as the research subjects,and explored the reasons influencing excellent rural teachers'perseverance from the four dimensions of spatio-temporal,temporal,embeddedness,and dynamism through diversified data collection methods such as prolonged longitudinal observation,in-depth interviews,textual archival analysis,and the analysis framework of life course theory.Based on the findings of the study,further improvement suggestions for retaining excellent rural teachers are proposed to facilitate the high-quality development of the rural teaching force.
