摘要

校本教研是一种得到深刻价值认同和广泛实践运用的教学改进和教师专业发展方式.由于"行政"权威的影响、内容方式的局限和对实践经验的依赖,传统的校本教研往往难以真正把握教学的关键问题.推动以经验为主要载体的"外延粗犷"的教研范式向以真实性数据为主要支撑的"内涵精细"的教研范式转型,是时代发展的必然选择.学校按照"以精准的课堂观测为载体,以数据分析为基础,以精准的教研设计为核心,以精准的教学改进为导向"的整体思路,充分利用课堂观测这一专业手段,通过课堂教学过程性数据的有效捕捉、分析和相关教研工具开发,建构了一种基于课堂观测数据的精准教研范式,发挥了教研赋能教学改进和教师专业发展的应有价值.

Abstract

School-based teaching and research is a form of teaching improvement and teachers'professional development that is deeply valued and widely practiced.Traditional school-based teaching and research,due to the influence of"administrative"authority,limitations in content and methods,and reliance on practical experience,often makes it difficult to truly grasp the key issues of teaching.It is an inevitable choice of the times to promote the transformation of the"rough outer"paradigm of teaching and research,which is mainly based on experience,to the"fine inner"paradigm,which is mainly supported by authentic data.In accordance with the overall idea of"take precise classroom observation as the carrier,take data analysis as the basis,take precise teaching and research design as the core,and take precise teaching improvement as the guide",the case school made full use of classroom observation as a professional mean,and constructed a kind of"precise teaching and research"based on classroom observation data,through the effective capture and analysis of classroom teaching data and the development of related teaching and research tools.A precise teaching and research paradigm based on classroom observation data has been constructed,and the value of teaching and research in empowering the improvement of teaching and learning and teachers'professional development has been realized.
