摘要
现有教师职业倦怠问卷主要基于普教教师群体,不能用于对特教教师的职业倦怠调查,而聚焦特教教师职业倦怠的问卷只能用于特教教师,目前鲜见兼顾普教和特教两类群体教师职业倦怠的统合工具.这种工具的缺乏导致无法在研究中对普教和特教教师进行比较,更难把握特教教师的职业倦怠特点.开发一套同时适用于普教和特教教师的职业倦怠问卷势在必行.本研究在整理分析现有职业倦怠问卷的基础上,通过对普教和特教教师的半结构化深度访谈,结合编码抽取教师职业倦怠的关键描述,生成教师职业倦怠问卷初稿,并请专家和相关教师对所编制的项目合宜性进行评估,通过初测及探索性因素分析确定教师职业倦怠的因素构成,通过复测及验证性因素分析验证问卷的结构效度.信度和效度分析结果表明,本研究所修编的教师职业倦怠问卷具有良好的心理测量学属性.
Abstract
The existing job burnout questionnaires for teachers were mainly developed for ordinary teachers and cannot be properly administered to measure the job burnout of special education teachers.The questionnaires focusing on job burnout among special education teachers could only be used for special education teachers.There is a lack of relevant measures of job burnout that can consider both ordinary education and special education teachers,which makes it difficult to compare special education and ordinary education teachers,and even more difficult to grasp the characteristics of job burnout among special education teachers.Developing a questionnaire suitable for both ordinary and special education teachers is imperative.Based on a systematic review of existing job burnout questionnaires,this study conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with special education teachers and ordinary education teachers,extracted key themes of teacher occupational burnout through coding,and generated a preliminary draft of the teacher job burnout questionnaire.After that,experts and teachers were invited to evaluate the appropriateness of the items.The factors contributing to teacher job burnout were determined through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).The structural and criteria validity analyses and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)indicate that the teacher's job burnout questionnaire has good psychometric properties.
