信息技术的快速发展深刻改变了学校教育的样态,倡导教育协同成为时代发展的必然选择.基于协同共生理论,学校作为特殊组织是一个统一的整体,其组织效能和管理效率来源于各要素的有效协同,从"共生"的生态视角推进学校管理中的协同与组织是一种可行的逻辑.本文以学校教育生态变革为视角,提出数字化时代学校组织管理的协同共生理念,以样本学校的实践为基础,呈现了以"四个激活"为主要方法的学校协同与组织路径.
The rapid development of information technology has profoundly changed the pattern of school education,and the advocacy of educational synergy has become an inevitable choice for the development of the times.Based on the theory of symbiosis,school as a special organization is a unified whole,and its organizational effectiveness and management efficiency come from the effective coordination of various elements.It is a feasible logic to promote the coordination and organization in school management from the ecological perspective of"symbiosis".From the perspective of ecological reform of school education,this paper proposes the concept of"synergism"in school organization and management in the digital era.Based on the practice of sample schools,this paper presents a school coordination and organization path with"four activations"as the main method.
