新手教师职业韧性提升的路径探究

新手教师作为新生力量,能够为教育发展与学校变革注入活力.由于处于职业生涯适应阶段,新手教师往往存在着教学经验不足、自我效能不高、工作负担过重等问题.教师的职业韧性是指教师能够灵活适应工作环境变化,积极克服困难与挑战的能力.提升教师的职业韧性,能够有效促进新手教师的专业成长.在提升新手教师职业韧性的实践中,上海市三林中学探索出了"以成长式思维牵引教师的情感培育—以专业支持引领教师的认知提升—以师德内化激发教师的行为示范"的关键路径.
Abstract
Novice teachers,as a new force,can inject vitality into educational development and school reform.Because they are in the stage of adapting to their professional careers,novice teachers face challenges such as insufficient teaching experience,low self-efficacy and excessive workload.Career resilience for teachers refers to their ability to adapt flexibly to changes in the work environment,actively overcome difficulties and challenges.Focusing on enhancing teachers'career resilience can effectively promote the professional growth of novice teachers.In the practice of enhancing novice teachers'career resilience,Shanghai Sanlin Middle School has explored key ways,including nurturing teachers'emotions through growth mindset,guiding teachers'cognitive enhancement through professional support,and internalizing teachers'ethics to inspire professional conduct.
