摘要

课例研究作为校本教研的基本模式,经历了教师的专业学习重心从"以校为本"到"以课为本"的演变,符合国际上盛行的工作嵌入式学习的特征.中式课例研究作为基于教研活动的磨课研究,通过教研起点、教研过程、教研结果三方面的特征塑造了学校教研的基本形态.通过中式课例研究构建新型学校教研文化,可以从教研主题和内容、教研过程和方法、教研结果和价值导向三个方向进行探究.

Abstract

As a fundamental model of school-based teaching and research,lesson study has evolved from a focus on"school-based"to"lesson-based"professional learning for teachers,aligning with the current international trend of job-embedded professional development.Chinese Lesson Study,grounded in lesson refinement through teaching and research activities,shapes the basic form of school teaching and research through its characteristics in three aspects:the starting point of teaching and research,the process of teaching and research,and the outcomes of teaching and research.Efforts to cultivate a new school teaching and research culture through Chinese Lesson Study can be made in three directions:the themes and contents of teaching and research,the processes and methods of teaching and research,and the results and value orientations of teaching and research.
