摘要

教师是教育发展的第一资源,有效的教师研修体系建构是打造高素质专业化教师队伍的重要路径.针对传统教师研修过程中个人主义文化盛行导致研修团队效能发挥不充分、课程开发意识不足导致研修课程资源建设不完善、区域整体设计缺失导致研修机制建设不健全等问题,本研究以教师专业发展的后现代转型为理论依据,借助区域层面的整体设计,发挥区域、团队、教师等多个主体的能动性,建构了以自组织理论为引领、以区域层面的梯队式设计为支撑、以学科团队层面的高质量研修课程开发为重心、以指向共同体成长的机制运行及建设为路径的区域整体引领的"团组式"教师研修体系.本研究既打造了教师研修的区域特色,也有效提升了教师研修的实践质量.

Abstract

Teachers are the primary resource in education,and the effective construction of a teacher training system is an important way to build a high-quality and professional teaching team.The traditional teacher training process faces three main issues:the prevalence of individualistic culture,which reduces team effectiveness in training;a lack of course development awareness,resulting in impoverished training curriculum resources;and an absence of regional overall design,leading to imperfect training mechanism construction.To address these issues,the research grounded in the postmodern turn of teacher professional development as the theoretical basis,with the overall design at the regional level,and the initiative of multiple stakeholders including the regions,teams,and teachers,has constructed a"team-based"teacher training system led by the region as a whole,guided by the concept of"self-organization",supported by the echelon design at the regional level,focusing on the development of high-quality training courses at the subject team level,and taking the construction of the mechanism operation oriented towards the growth of the community as the path.This approach has not only fostered regional characteristics in teacher training,but also effectively enhanced the practical quality of teacher training.
