摘要

校本教研是学校高质量发展的引擎和保障.面对新时代背景下教研转型和创新发展的挑战,上海市进才中学北校构建了"一旨、两核、四化"的校本教研体系,探索了学科协同教研、跨学科协同教研、校际协同教研的多元协同教研模式,完善了团队评价的保障机制,为推进新时代背景下有效教研和学校高质量发展提供了实践探索方向.

Abstract

School-based teaching and research(T&R)is the engine and safeguard for the high-quality development of schools.Faced with the challenges of T&R transformation and innovative development under the background of the new era,Shanghai JinCai North Secondary School has constructed a school-based T&R system characterized by"one purpose,two cores,and four modernizations".It explores diverse collaborative T&R models,including subject-based collaborative T&R,interdisciplinary collaborative T&R,and inter-school collaborative T&R,and improves the team evaluation mechanism to ensure the advancement of effective T&R and the high-quality development of the school in the context of the new era,providing practical exploration directions.
