区域共同体研修活动中教师反思案例研究

摘要
梳理教师反思的内涵,发现教师反思具有回顾性、过程性、问题性等特点.在一个区域共同体研修活动中,通过内容分析和视频、音频辅助,对研修共同体中教师反思的整体状况进行研究,以案例揭示研修活动对教师反思的影响.结果发现:教师在反思中更多关注个人的教学经历和专业成长,较少考虑教育技术和教学趋势;教师反思具有个体差异性,教师对教学问题的发现、表征和处理策略等影响其反思的程度;年龄、教龄和学历对教师的反思水平影响不大;专家指导能进一步提升教师反思的质量,促使教师发现问题和制定改进措施.基于此,本文提出对研修活动中提升教师反思水平的有关思考:加强对教育前沿和资源的关注;提高教师反思的深度和广度;优化研修活动设计,增强教师反思的针对性和实效性;建立反思支持系统,提供持续的指导和反馈.
Abstract
This study explores the concept of teacher reflection,identifying its retrospective,procedural and problematic aspects.In the context of a regional community training,this research assesses the overall situation of teacher reflection through content analysis and the use of audiovisual aids,demonstrating the impact of training activities on teacher reflection through case studies.Findings indicate that teachers focus primarily on their teaching experiences and professional development while neglecting advances in educational technology and current teaching trends.There is variability in individual teacher reflection,which affects the depth of engagement with teaching issues,their identification,representation and formulation of strategies.Age,years of teaching and qualifications have little influence on the level of teacher reflection.Conversely,guidance from experts significantly improves the quality of reflection,helping teachers identify problems and develop corrective actions.Based on these findings,the study suggests strategies for promoting teacher reflection in training activities:increasing attention to the forefront of education and resources;enhancing the depth and breadth of teacher reflection;optimizing the design of training activities to improve the relevance and effectiveness of teacher reflection;and establishing a support system for reflection,which can provide continuous guidance and feedback.
