摘要

习性在国家公费师范生获得学校成功的过程中发挥着重要作用.在国家公费师范生获得学校成功的过程中,从家庭承继的习性与学校习性的相似度是影响他们获得学校成功的关键因素.当从家庭承继的习性与学校习性相近时,可以带来积极的学校教育情感体验;当从家庭承继的习性与学校习性的异质性较大时,会对他们造成成长的创伤.但是,当国家公费师范生在求学过程中面临困境时,从家庭承继的习性可以帮助他们自我革新,克服困难,获得学校成功.家庭、学校、社会和国家公费师范生个体协同发挥积极作用,将更加有利于他们获得学校成功.

Abstract

Habitus plays an important role in the school success of state-funded normal school students.In the process of these students'school success,the similarity between their habitus inherited from family and school habitus is the key factor influencing their school success.When the habitus inherited from the family is close to the school habitus,it can foster a positive emotional experience of school education.When the habitus inherited from the family and the school habitus are heterogeneous,it may cause trauma to their growth.However,when state-funded normal school students face difficulties in school,the habitus inherited from their families can help them innovate themselves,overcome difficulties and achieve school success.Of course,if families,schools,society and state-funded normal school students play an active role together,it will be more conducive to their school success.
