摘要

随着新课程新教材的不断推进,核心素养培育也成为教学中必须考虑的环节.站在核心素养的角度,教师关注的重点应逐渐由教材转向学生.本研究借助马扎诺的学习行为模式学说的教育目标分类,采用二维(思维和知识)分类框架,对学习单元确定若干课时设计,考虑学生思维的元认知系统和自我系统,通过对知识的信息、心智程序和心理动作程序领域的学习,结合思维的信息提取、理解、分析和知识应用编制学习目标,重要的是为达成此学习目标须赋予其相应的学习任务和学习活动,其间的所有教学环节和核心素养取得素养关联.本研究用一个课时的学习目标编制为例,以期以点带面,逐步固化,形成一个符合学生认知规律,有利于教和学的全课时学习目标.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of new curricula and textbooks,the cultivation of core competencies has also become an essential consideration in teaching.From the perspective of core competencies,teachers should gradually shift their focus from teaching materials to students.Based on R.J.Marzano's educational objectives classification of learning behaviors,using a two-dimensional(thinking and knowledge)classification framework,several lesson designs for the learning unit are determined,taking into account the metacognitive and self-systems of students'thinking.Through learning in the domains of knowledge such as information,mental procedures,and psychological action procedures,and combining thinking in terms of information retrieval,understanding,analysis,and application of knowledge,learning objectives are formulated.Importantly,to achieve these learning objectives,corresponding learning tasks and learning activities must be assigned,with all instructional links and core competencies achieving a competency connection.A study takes the formulation of a lesson's learning objectives as an example,with the hope of leading by example,gradually solidifying,and forming a full lesson learning objective that conforms to students'cognitive laws and is conducive to teaching and learning.
