摘要

本研究旨在探讨校长课程评价力是否会通过教师专业发展活动和教师教学理念影响教师教学方式.通过上海市中小学生学业质量绿色指标综合评价项目的数据分析,结果发现:校长课程评价力对教师教学方式转变有显著正向影响;教师专业发展活动和教师教学理念不仅在校长课程评价力和教师教学方式之间发挥中介效应,还在校长课程评价力和教师教学方式之间发挥链式多重中介效应.链式中介效应揭示了校长课程评价力作用于教师教学方式的内在机制,对促进教育高质量发展具有重要意义.

Abstract

This study aims to explore whether principal curriculum evaluation power affects teachers'teaching methods through teachers'professional development activities and teaching concepts.Through the data analysis of the Shanghai primary and secondary school academic quality green indicator comprehensive evaluation project,the results show that principal curriculum evaluation power has a significant positive impact on the transformation of teachers'teaching methods;teachers'professional development activities and teaching concepts not only play a mediating role between principal curriculum evaluation power and teachers'teaching methods,but also play a chain mediating role between principal curriculum evaluation power and teachers'teaching methods.The chain mediation effect reveals the intrinsic mechanism by which principal curriculum evaluation power is used in teachers'teaching methods,which is important for the promotion of high-quality education.
