摘要
在素养导向的中小学人工智能教育中,教师是人工智能教育推进的主力军,也是学生人工智能素养发展的引导者,教师"教智能"胜任力尤为重要.本文从胜任力的视角出发,运用质性研究方法对中小学教师"教智能"的胜任特征进行分析,经过量化数据检验,提炼出人工智能知识与能力、人工智能伦理与道德、人工智能自我概念 3 个胜任特征以及特征内的 35 项胜任指标,构建了中小学教师"教智能"胜任力模型,并对胜任力模型的内容和胜任力提升路径进行分析阐述,以期为中小学人工智能教育推进提供支持.
Abstract
In literacy-oriented AI education in primary and secondary schools,teachers are the main force in promoting AI education and also the facilitators for the development of students'AI literacy.Teachers'competency in"teaching AI"is particularly important.From the perspective of competency,this article analyzes the competency characteristics of"teaching AI"for primary and secondary school teachers by using qualitative research methods.Through quantitative data testing,3 competency characteristics of"teaching AI",namely AI knowledge and skills,AI ethics and morality,and AI self-concept,as well as 35 specific competency indicators within these three characteristics are refined.Then the"teaching AI"competency model for primary and secondary school teachers is constructed,the content of this competency model is analyzed and the paths to competency enhancement are elaborated,with the aim of providing support for the advancement of AI education in primary and secondary schools.
