摘要

教育家精神是教育家所具备的专业精神的凝练和升华,是高质量教师队伍建设的前进方向和引导力量.教育家精神蕴含了教育家对理想信念与文化引领的双重追求、对知识求索与道德典范的双重修炼、对智慧启迪与仁爱奉献的双重实践,具有道德性、实践性、理想性等特质.教育家精神融入职前教师教育符合价值逻辑、现实逻辑、实践逻辑,可行的融入路径是:创设德性校园文化,润泽职前教师的育人初心;优化教师教育课程体系,深化职前教师的德性实践;提升教师教育者专业素养,助力职前教师的弘道使命.

Abstract

Educators'spirit is the condensation and sublimation of the professional spirit possessed by educators,and it serves as the guiding direction and driving force for the development of high-quality teachers.Educators'spirit embodies educators'dual pursuit of ideal belief and cultural leadership,the dual cultivation of knowledge seeking and ethical modeling,and the dual practice of wisdom enlightenment and benevolent dedication.It is characterized by morality,practicality and ideality.The integration of educators'spirit into pre-service teacher education embodies and conforms to the logic of value,reality and practice.The feasible path of integration includes creating a moral campus culture to nurture the original aspirations of pre-service teachers,optimizing the teacher education curriculum system to deepen the moral practice of pre-service teachers,and enhancing the professional quality of teacher educators to help pre-service teachers fulfill their mission of promoting the way.
