摘要
目的:探索 Cofilin 1 蛋白(Cofilin 1 protein,CFL-1)在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)中的表达、预后价值和免疫相关性.方法:在癌症基因组图谱数据库(cancer genome map database,TCGA)和基因表达总数据库(gene expression total databases,GEO)中,分析CFL-1在HNSCC中的表达及预后价值,通过基因集富集分析(gene set enrichment analysis,GES A)、cibersoft 明确 CFL-1 在 HNSCC 组织中的分子通路.采用 SPSS 26.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析.结果:CFL-1在HNSCC组织中显著上调.CFL-1高表达组与较低的总生存率显著相关.多因素Cox生存分析表明,CFL-1表达是HNSCC预后不良的独立预测因素.GESA、cibersoft分析表明,CFL-1表达失调影响多条信号通路,并影响免疫细胞的局部浸润.结论:CFL-1在HNSCC中高表达,并与不良预后显著相关,是HNSCC的潜在标志物.
Abstract
PURPOSE:The purpose of this study was to explore the expression,prognostic value and immune correlation of Cofilin 1 protein(CFL-1)in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).METHODS:The expression and prog-nostic value of CFL-1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)was explored in the cancer genome map database(TCGA)and gene expression total databases(GEO),and the potential immune pathway of CFL-1 in HNSCC was revealed by GESA and cibersoft analysis.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software package.RE-SULTS:CFL-1 was significantly up-regulated in HNSCC tissue.The expression level of CFL-1 was significantly corre-lated with the overall survival status of HNSCC.High expression of CFL-1 was significantly associated with a lower overall survival rate.In addition,multivariate Cox survival analysis showed that CFL-1 expression was independent predictors of poor prognosis of HNSCC.GESA and cibersoft analysis showed that the imbalance of CFL-1 expression affected multiple signal pathways and infiltration of immune cells.CONCLUSIONS:CFL-1 is highly expressed in HNSCC and is signifi-cantly associated with poor prognosis of NHSCC.It is a potential prognostic marker of HNSCC.
