For Public or Private Interests:the Practice and Essence of the Middle Class Owners' Fight
With the continuous advancement of large-scale urban renovation and housing commercialization,"owner's fight"as a new social movement has attracted more and more academic attention.From the perspective of"conflict-stratum",there are essential differences between the middle class owner's fight and the"owner's safeguarding rights"with the aim of protecting public rights and interests.By examining the subjective will and goal orientation behind the owners'fight in the middle class community,we can find the core of the"competitive claim"hidden under the cloak of"reactive claim",and the"profit-sharing group"is the essential attribute of the owners'fight.The purpose of their fight is to strive for personal interests,not the owners'public interests,and even their struggle for"private interests"is at the expense of"public rights".The analysis of the middle class owners'fight practice is helpful for us to maintain prudent rationality while placing great expectations on the social stability function of the middle class.
