Research on the Current Situation and Development Trend of Artificial Intelligence Ethics in East Asia
The rapid iteration of artificial intelligence technology in the global scope has significantly improved human welfare,but also spawned ethical issues such as manipulation,"black box",discrimination,privacy,responsibility dilemma,etc.As a part of science and technology ethics,artificial intelligence ethics has become a frontier issue in the development and governance of global science and technology.As East Asian countries,China,Japan and South Korea have carried out the layout and exploration of the category of technological tools and partnership in terms of AI policies and ethical norms,academic cognition and local practice,and popular culture,and clarified their AI ethical issues:women's objectification,personification of tool paradoxes,and"anti-social"technological issues,providing an international mirror for the ethical governance and development of AI.China should draw on its useful experience,promote the construction of AI ethical governance based on its national conditions,adhere to people-oriented policy,promote human-computer collaboration and evolution,and provide advice for the research on AI ethical regulation in China.
