Institutional Innovations and Implications for Practice on Local Legislation Since the Charity Law of the PRC Released——An Analysis Based on Twelve Local Regulations of Charity
Since official implementation of the Charity Law,local legislation process has been accelerating,constituting an important part to China's legal system.Local regulations of charity combine general articles in the Charity Law with local needs,innovating in exit mechanisms of charitable organization and its qualification for fund raising,charitable organization identification and encouragement,charitable program evaluation,charitable service coordination,regional collaboration on charity,social supervision on charitable organizations and etc.These multilevel institutional innovations offer important references for charity legislation,reform and innovation in other regions.
