Dislocation and Foreword:The Translation of Children's Literatwe in the Literany Revolation of the Late Qing Dynasty
During the literary revolution of the late Qing Dynasty,many important foreign children's literature works were translated into China one after another.This is due to the emphasis on children's groups and children's education under the background of"novel revolution",the need for knowledge transformation of the school system reform in the late Qing Dynasty,and the stylistic characteristics of children's literature fitting the revolutionary ideal sought by the literati in the late Qing Dynasty.In the historical context at that time,there were many mispositions and misinterpretations in the translation of children's literature in the late Qing Dynasty,and many works were not regarded as children's literature works and were not valued,but were classified into the category of new novels,serving the goal of literary reform.From the perspective of the evaluation system of later generations,these translation practices have initially had the vision of choosing children's literature works,began to pay attention to the reading interest of children readers,and tried to imitate and rewrite the works in combination with the Chinese cultural context,providing important ideological resources for the occurrence of modem children's literature,which can be regarded as the modem pioneer of children's literature.
