As the decisive force of the progress of human society,productivity is always in the movement of constant neo-qualitative transformation,and every transformation pushes the human society forward.Among them,the systematic neo-qualitative transformation of productivity drives the leapfrog development of human society.Since the birth of human society,there have been two systematic neo-qualitative transformation of productivity.The first one and the second one pushed human so-ciety into the agrarian age and the industrial age,respectively.At present,the third systematic neo-qualitative transformation of productivity is taking place,promoting the human society into the digital information age,and"new quality productivity"is the scientific portrayal of this transformation.The"new"of new quality productivity is shown as new elements,new technologies and new industries,"quality"is shown as high quality,multiple quality and double standards of quality effect,and"productivity"is shown as digital productivity,collaborative productivity,green productivity,blue productivity and open productivity.Further into its operation mechanism,new quality productivity takes scientific and technological innovation as the axis,transmits the trac-tion of factor system innovation to the industry system through technology system,and ultimately achieves a comprehensive re-modeling of the three major systems of traditional productivity.Focusing on reality,in order to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity,we can start from the following four aspects,including strengthening the overall capacity of scientific and technological innovation,cultivating the power of new production factors,promoting core technology research and application,and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system.
