摘要
伴随数字化时代社会转型的深入推进,工作的不确定性激增成为当今社会发展的重要趋势."不稳定工作"从传统工业社会相对确定的样态转变为数字化时代深度不确定性的形态,由此引发其在概念界定、理论建构和现实应对层面的多重困境.在此背景下,以"不确定性工作"来代替"不稳定工作"并展开新的理解具有重要的时代意义.因此,通过对比传统工业化时代"不稳定工作"与数字化时代"不确定性工作"在劳动空间、劳动时间、劳动主体、劳动关系、劳动过程和劳动结果六个维度的发展转型,我们可以勾勒出数字化时代"不确定性工作"的发展特征与基本内涵,并通过对其时代意义的揭示,为个体、企业、国家和社会的应对策略提供参考,也希望以此为未来的持续研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the deepening of social transformation in the digital age,the increase in the uncertainty of works has become an important trend of social development."precarious works"has moved from the relatively certain state in the traditional industrial society to the form of deep uncertainty in the digital age,which has led to multiple dilemmas at levels of conceptual definition,theoretical construction and practical response.In this context,it is of important significance to replace"unstable work"with"uncertain work"and develop a new un-derstanding.Therefore,by comparing the transformation of"unstable work"in the traditional industrial era and"uncertain work"in the digital era in six dimensions of labor space,labor time,labor subjects,labor relations,labor processes,and labor outcomes,we can outline the development characteristics and basic connotations of"uncertain work"in the digital era.By revealing its historical significance,we can point out the reference for individuals,enterprises,state and society to respond to strategies.We also hope to provide experience and refer-ence for future continuous research.
