The moral luck problem poses a challenge to our moral practice. On the one hand,we accept the control principle, according to which,we should only morally assess factors that an agent can control. On the other hand, luck factors out of an agent's control always influence our moral assessment. This paper first ex-amines and criticizes various major responses to this challenge, then proposes a more accurate partial control principle to replace the original complete control principle. After that,it shows that this new principle can be used to solve all four kinds of moral luck problems.
