优良灵芝菌株的筛选及其栽培配方优化

为筛选灵芝引进品种,以灵芝产量、产孢量以及灵芝子实体多糖和三萜的含量为指标,对引进品种进行了品比试验,同时以灵芝优选菌株为试材,对灵芝的培养基质进行了优化筛选.结果表明:菌株L3和L5表现相对较好,该两株菌可以作为优选菌株进一步推广;菌株L1的表现次之,该菌株可作为备选菌株进一步研究;其他的5个菌株表现较差,不宜在连云港地区推广;配方V和配方Ⅲ的灵芝产量及产孢量均显著高于其他3个配方,为较适宜的栽培配方.
Screening on the excellent strains of Ganoderma lucidum and optimizing on their culture medium
In order to select the introduced varieties of Ganoderma lucidum,the varieties comparative test was performed using the introduced variety of Ganoderma lucidum with that the yields of fruiting body and spore,and of polysaccharide and triterpenoids from fruiting body as the index.The culture medium of Ganoderma lucidum was optimized and selected with the optimum strain as the test materials.The results showed that strain L3 and L5 were doing relatively well so that the two strains were able to further generalized.The performance of strain L1 was a bit poor but this strain was able to further study as the alternative strain.The other five strains were poor and not suitable for generalization in Lianyungang district.Formula V and Ⅲ,which yields of fruiting body and spore were significantly higher than other three formulas,were more suitable cultivation formulas.
