不同组培方式马来眼子菜对水质净化效果研究

为研究开放式组织培养方式的可行性与应用价值,采用传统组织培养与开放式组织培养马来眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus),通过围隔试验比较两种方式下培养的马来眼子菜对水质的净化效果.结果表明:不同培养方式的马来眼子菜对水中DO(溶解氧)、TN(总氮)、TP(总磷)、NH3-N(氨氮)、COD和Chl.a(叶绿素a浓度)无显著性差异,对水质净化效果差异基本相同.并且相对空白对照,马来眼子菜在其生长季节表现出较好的水质净化效果,因此开放式组织培养方式具较好的应用前景.
Water purification capability of different cultivating ways of Potamogeton malaianus
In order to study the feasibility and application value of open tissue culture,the traditional and the open tissue culture were used to culture Potamogeton malaianus and to compare the water purification capability of Potamogeton malaianus with two culture ways through the mesocosm experiments.The results showed that changes of several indicators like DO,TN,TP,NH3-N,COD and Chl.a had no significant difference in two cultivating ways and the effect of water purification was basically the same.Comparing with the blank group,P.malaianus showed better water purification capability during the growing time,so the open tissue culture way was feasible.
