Effects of different foliar fertilizers on the yield and quality of broad beans(Vicia faba L.)after rice
To explore efficient cultivation techniques for broad beans, the effects of 6 different foliar fertilizers on the yield and quality of broad beans after rice were studied. The results showed that compared with the control(CK),the plant height of broad beans treated with GA·IAA·BR(T1),rooting powder(T2),amino acid water-soluble fertilizer(T4),humic acid water-soluble fertilizer(T5),and sugar alcohol chelated silicon fertilizer(T6)significantly increased, the first pod height of broad beans treated with T1,compound sodium nitrophenolate(T3),T4,and T5 significantly increased, and the number of primary branches of broad beans treated with T1 significantly increased, the seed size of broad beans treated with T2,T4,and T5 significantly increased, the 100-grain weight of broad beans treated with T5 significantly increased by 13.39%.In terms of yield,T5 treatment significantly increased the pod yield and grain yield of broad beans after rice by 63.96%and 58.97%,respectively,compared to CK.In terms of quality indicators, the protein content of broad bean seeds treated with T4 significantly increased by 8.33%and the grain fat content of T2 treatment significantly increased by 15.73%compared to CK.Reasonable spraying of appropriate foliar fertilizer could help improve the yield and some quality indicators of broad beans after rice, and could be applied in the cultivation technology of broad beans after rice.
